Release: The Events Calendar 3.12.4

Happy Wednesday, ladies and gents! We have a fresh release of The Events Calendar ready for you and are excited for you to check it out.

The Events Calendar 3.12.4 is a minor release that sets the stage for our big 4.0 release around the corner. It also adds integration and support for the brand new Community Tickets, which just so happens to release today as well.

Here’s what’s new:

Feature: Added support for the new Events Community Tickets plugin
Tweak: Wrapping functions in conditionals to avoid fatals in our upcoming 4.0 release

We expect smooth sailing and no breakages if you’re upgrading from The Events Calendar 3.12 or greater. However, if you’re upgrading from 3.11 or earlier, please do read through the release notes for the versions that have come out since and make sure to test the updates in a development environment before using on a live site—especially if you have made any customizations to the calendar. And, as always, back up your files and database as you would with any other WordPress update.
