Maintenance Release for the Week of 16 December 2018

Welcome! Here is release number 19 of 2018! If this is your first time getting an update from us, Maintenance Releases are smaller updates between major releases and are mostly comprised of bug fixes, tweaks, and small (but meaningful!) improvements. We always recommend using a staging site to test these changes before updating on a live site.

The Events Calendar 4.7.3

• Tweak – Tweak the registration of the Event, Venue, and Organizer post types so they use some new post type labels introduced in WordPress 5.0 like item_updated, item_scheduled, etc.
• Tweak – Adjusted content in the admin welcome page that users are brought to upon newly activating Event Tickets
• Tweak – Refreshing the Welcome page for The Events Calendar and Event Tickets
• Fix – Prevent admin tooltips to that full page width on Blocks Editor
• Fix – Datepicker code will now use the correct datetime format

• Fix – Only show “Log in before purchasing” when login is required for Tribe Commerce tickets
• Fix – Set custom date format for date pickers used on tickets
• Fix – Display only tickets that are in date range
• Fix – RSVP now stays in sync with the Events and saving properly the Sale dates
• Fix – Remove the old events-gutenberg domain into the templates
• Fix – Prevent RSVP from showing on Tickets and vice versa
