{"id":1965041,"date":"2025-06-11T13:50:27","date_gmt":"2025-06-11T17:50:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/knowledgebase\/?p=1965041"},"modified":"2026-04-10T18:37:34","modified_gmt":"2026-04-10T22:37:34","slug":"ticket-presets","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/knowledgebase\/ticket-presets\/","title":{"rendered":"Ticket Presets"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>With <strong>Event Tickets Plus version 6.6.0<\/strong>, you can now create ticket presets &#8211; reusable ticket templates that make event setup faster and more consistent.<br><br>Once you assign a preset to an event, we\u2019ll create a copy that\u2019s linked to that specific event, so the original stays unchanged and ready to use again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-theme-palette-8-background-color has-background\">\ud83d\udc4b Note:&nbsp;This feature is available in our premium plugin <strong>Event Tickets Plus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ticket presets are designed to save you time when managing multiple events with similar ticket setups.<br>Instead of recreating the same tickets from scratch each time, you can build a preset once and reuse it across events, even if only small details like capacity need adjusting. This helps you streamline your workflow and avoid repetitive tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/images.theeventscalendar.com\/kb\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Ticket-presets.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" id=\"h-how-to-create-ticket-presets\"><strong>How to Create Ticket Presets <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In your WordPress dashboard, head to&nbsp;<strong>Tickets \u2192 All Tickets <strong>\u2192<\/strong><\/strong> Tickets Presets,&nbsp;where you will find all your Ticket Presets. (If the Ticket is created with a shared capacity, cannot be saved as a Ticket Preset)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" id=\"h-assigning-presets\"><strong>Assigning presets <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Classic Editor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To get started, click on &#8216;New Ticket&#8217; as you normally would.
