Create a user account for the attendee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
If the attendee does not yet have a user account on the website, the first step is to create one. To create a user account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- Go to Users \u2192 Add New<\/strong><\/li>
- Complete the required fields<\/li>
- Set the new user’s Role<\/strong> to Customer<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

Add the New Order in WooCommerce<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Next, you’ll add the new Order in WooCommerce:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- Go to WooCommerce \u2192 Orders \u2192 Add New<\/strong><\/li>
- Ensure the Status<\/strong> is Pending payment<\/strong><\/li>
- Select the user’s account under Customer<\/strong> (Billing and Shipping information is optional)<\/em><\/li>
- From Add item(s)<\/strong>, search for and select the ticket by name or SKU<\/li>
- Save the new order with the Create<\/strong> button<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

- When processing orders with WooCommerce, tickets created in Event Tickets Plus are automatically created as WooCommerce Products \u2014 there’s no need to manually create a WooCommerce Product!<\/li>

- Unsure of an existing ticket’s name or SKU? You can locate it under Advanced Options \u2192 Ticket SKU<\/strong> of the ticket creation screen of the event, page, or post that contains the ticket<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
WooCommerce Order actions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
The Order actions<\/strong> menu in the new WooCommerce order is where you can regenerate the attendee for the event, resend the tickets email, and send the email invoice and order details to the customer for online payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\nSelect Regenerate attendees<\/strong> and click the Update<\/strong> button to sync the attendee to the Event. You will now see this attendee’s information within the Attendees screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Select Resend tickets email<\/strong> and click the Update<\/strong> button to trigger the ticket email from Event Tickets Plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Select Email invoice \/ order details to customer<\/strong> and click the Update<\/strong> button. This will email the WooCommerce Order invoice to the customer, which contains a link to Pay for this order <\/strong>online through WooCommerce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
