The subscription is billed annually and renews automatically at the start of each billing cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-who-signed-up-for-this\">Who Signed Up for This?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you do not recall signing up for any of The Events Calendar premium add-ons or services yourself, please ask other members of your team or of your organization. These subscriptions require a credit card number during sign-up, so a good place to start is with anyone who may have access to your credit card number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you cannot find out who signed up for the account, contact our <a href=\"https:\/\/support.theeventscalendar.com\/submit_ticket\">Help Center<\/a>. We will gladly work with you to verify the charge and provide you with account information that may help determine who signed up for the account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-where-can-i-get-a-receipt\">Where Can I Get a Receipt?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can find a list of all your past orders on the <strong>Manage Subscriptions<\/strong> page of your account on <a href=\"https:\/\/my.theeventscalendar.com\/my-account\/\">https:\/\/my.theeventscalendar.com\/my-account\/<\/a>. To see past orders, log in to your account and click the Manage Subscriptions link in the sidebar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-do-i-cancel-my-account\">How Do I Cancel My account?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Subscriptions to The Events Calendar premium add-ons or services can be canceled at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To end your subscription:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/my.theeventscalendar.com\/my-account\/\">Log in<\/a> to your account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to the <a href=\"https:\/\/my.theeventscalendar.com\/my-account\/subscriptions\/\">Manage Subscriptions<\/a> page of the Account menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disable auto-renewal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, you will still be asked for confirmation first. You know, just to be extra sure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your subscription will expire at the end of the billing cycle, and we will not bill you again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a side note, we are always sad to see our customers go.
