We have decided to keep our support online for several reasons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Efficiency.<\/strong>&nbsp;We can troubleshoot issues, and we don&#8217;t need to put you on hold.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sharing information.<\/strong>&nbsp;Many support requests require sharing details that are tough to transmit over a phone, like screenshots, links, code snippets and details about your system setup.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Keeping records.<\/strong>&nbsp;We want to be sure that useful information doesn&#8217;t get lost and we can use it as a reference for future support requests.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transparency and team effort.<\/strong>&nbsp;We can join forces with our entire team to troubleshoot complex issues quickly.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Better quality.<\/strong>&nbsp;We <a href=\"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/join-our-team\/\">work remotely<\/a> around the globe across multiple timezones to better serve you.
