As long as your subscription remains active, you will have access to plugin downloads, new feature releases, security updates, bug fixes, and premium support.

You can think of your product subscription as being similar to a magazine subscription. By default, your subscription will renew automatically each year using your payment information on file. We’ll send you reminders before your license renews so you’ll know just when to expect it. If you choose to disable auto-renew on your licensing, your subscription will expire one year from the date of your last purchase or renewal. Holders of expired licenses may renew a subscription at any time to regain access to updates and support.

Your active subscription ensures automatic updates on the installed plugin and premium help desk support for the purchaser. There is only one help desk account per purchasing account.

Plugin subscription levels

For plugins, we have four main subscription levels available:

Personal: 1 site

Business: 3 sites

Agency: 10 sites

Unlimited: As many sites as you’d like

It’s worth noting that these titles are just descriptive, not rules. If you need licensing for a single site, you only need the Personal subscription, no matter what kind of site it is for.

Subscription upgrades

If you start using our plugins and realize they make your life even better than expected, you can always upgrade to a higher-level subscription.

Multisite subscriptions

For multisite installations, you’ll probably want to purchase one of our multisite subscriptions. You can read more about multisite subscriptions in this handy guide.

Event Aggregator subscriptions

Subscriptions for our Event Aggregator service work a bit differently than our plugin subscriptions listed above. They include the same great access to support and updates but are based on a maximum number of scheduled imports instead of a maximum number of sites.

Each Event Aggregator license can be used on up to 10 sites. There is no limit to the number of events you can fetch during each import. However, there is a limit on the number of imports you can run each day depending on your license level.

Personal: 100 scheduled imports per day

Community: 200 scheduled imports per day

Event Hub: 1,000 scheduled imports per day

As this service continues to grow in popularity, we may expand the available Event Aggregator subscription options in the future.

More information

What happens if my license expires?

Who should buy the license, the client or the developer?

Do I need a license for my dev site and another for my live site?

What support is provided for license holders?

What kind of license do I need for a multisite?

For further information, please read over our Terms and Conditions.
