With Event Aggregator, you can import events from your pre-existing calendars right onto your WordPress site. Once you have the URL ready, you can simply copy and paste it directly from Outlook and have all of your events added to your WordPress site in minutes.

We’ll show you how to set up this integration below.

Locate your Outlook 365 iCal URL

  1. Login to Office 365
  2. Click on the Calendar app.
  3. Open the Calendar Settings menu by clicking the cog icon ⚙️ (bar at top, on the right).
  4. Click Options (bottom of the menu).
  5. Click on the Calendar publishing option (found under Calendar > Shared Calendars).
  6. Select the calendar you want to use from the drop-down menu.
  7. Go to the section called Shows availability, titles and locations.
  8. Copy the ICS link.

Now you are ready to add that link to your WordPress site by going to Import and select ICS as your source from the dropdown menu.

Locate your Outlook.com URL

If you are instead looking to import your events from Outlook.com, you’ll use a similar process to locate your ICS file.

  1. Login to Outlook.com
  2. Click on the Calendar icon 🗓 to open Outlook Calendar (you can also click on the App loader button in the top-left, and select the Calendar app that way).
  3. Open the Calendar Settings menu by clicking the cog icon ⚙️ (found in the top bar, on the right).
  4. Select Options (at the bottom of the settings menu).
  5. Click on the Calendar publishing option (found under Calendar > Shared Calendars).
  6. Select the calendar you want to publish from the drop-down menu.
  7. Go to the section called Shows availability, titles and locations.
  8. Copy the ICS link.

Now, you can download the link as a file to upload as an ICS File or you can copy the URL to sync automatically as an iCalendar sync with Event Aggregator.
